MOSCOW, August 20 (RIA Novosti) - The Arctic Sea cargo vessel, recently freed from hijackers by a Russian missile frigate, is heading to the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiisk for an investigation, the Russian defense minister said on Thursday.
